IJABE is a peer reviewed open access scientific journal. Accepts high quality scientific articles in English. IJABE is published quarterly and completely free for both authors and readers which means there is no charge for submission, processing or publication of manuscripts. IJABE is an interdisciplinary journal and scope of the journal includes all areas of biomedical engineering and all fields of clinical and biomedical sciences.

    • Editorial Policy

  • The authors confirm that submitted papers have not been copied or plagiarized, in whole or in part, from other papers or studies.
  • Authors submitting their paper accepts that that the manuscript has not already been published or submitted elsewhere.
  • You may not submit your manuscript elsewhere while it is under consideration at IJABE.
  • IJABE reserve right to reject a paper if there are problems with its scientific content, even the manuscript is already reviewed and accepted.
  • Editorial board of the IJABE is independent and all decisions made by Editorial Board Members are independent.
  • All manuscripts should be written in English, in accordance with the formatting rules stated.
  • When you submit a manuscript to IJABE, we will take it to imply that all authors are listed in the manuscript and order of the authors and submission of the paper has been agreed by all authors.
  • When you submit a manuscript to IJABE, we will take it to imply that the authors have no conflicts of interest to disclose.
  • In the case of an any dispute about authorship during the process of peer review or publication, IJABE will not be in a position to investigate or adjudicate.
  • IJABE reserves the right to withdraw a manuscript from review, publication process or publication in case of plagiarism, duplication, fraudulent authorship / denied authorship, research / data fabrication, article slicing, copyright infringement and concealment of conflict of interest
  • IJABE expect all authors to read and understand ethics policy before submitting their article.

    Publication and Research Ethics

  • Any form of unethical behavior is unacceptable
  • Plagiarism is not tolerated in any form.
  • Authors, reviewers, and editors should ensure fully commitment for good publication practice
    Submission cases requiring Ethics Committee permission are listed below:
  • All kind of studies conducted with qualitative or quantitative approaches that require data collection from participants using questionnaires, interviews, focus group work, observation, experimentation, interview techniques.
  • Studies involving use of humans and animals (including material / data) for experimental or other scientific purposes,
  • Clinical researches on humans,
  • Researches on animals,
  • Retrospective studies in accordance with the law on protection of personal data.
    Also:
  • Case presentations requires obtain and indication of "Informed Consent Form".
  • In case of usage of scales, surveys, photographs belonging to others authors should obtain and indicate permission from the owners
  • All authors submitting their article to IJABE acccept the compliance with copyright regulations for the intellectual and artistic works used.
  • Financial and personal relationships that have potential to inappropriately influence the submitted study should be disclosed by the authors.
  • Authors should declare all funding sources of the research submitted to the Journal.

    Open Access Policy

  • IJABE is a non-profit organization and completely free for both authors and readers.
  • Readers are allowed to download and provide links to the full text of the journal content. However IJABE is the copyright holder of published content in IJABE which means that, no commercial use is allowed and the work may not be altered, transformed or serve as the basis for a derivative work.
